Free 20 min Coaching Session

This free 20 minute coaching call will get you started towards conquering your anxiety, as well as help you decide which program is right for you.

Conquer your anxiety individual coaching session

In a single one hour Conquer Your Anxiety coaching session, Meagan works with her client towards conquering their anxiety.

 

3 or 6 month conquer your anxiety individual coaching

A 3 or 6 month one-on-one program where clients can expect to understand their disorder, its purpose and its cause. You can also be assured that you will be supported as you conquer your  anxiety, overcome phobias and fears, manage your triggers, recognize toxic relationships and incorporate healthy lifestyle changes. For the 3 month program we will have 6 sessions, precisely 2 per month,over the course of 3 months. For the 6 month program, we will have 12 sessions, precisely 2 per month, over the course of 6 months.

During our sessions we will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans. I will support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable to your word.

 

10 week conquer your anxiety group coaching 

A 10-week weekly one hour session program where clients can expect to understand their disorder, its purpose and its cause. They can also be assured that they will be supported as they conquer their anxiety, overcome phobias and fears, manage their triggers, recognize toxic relationships and incorporate healthy lifestyle changes.
